This is our 60 minute class consisting of high intensity training with an emphasis on functional fitness. Weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio will challenge you and every day is different and exciting.
This is a custom-designed through one on one programming with a coach. You will be assigned 20-30 minutes of additional work 3 times per week. There is a 3 month commitment and $99 for each additional month.
Our 45 minute LIFT class places a high emphasis on instruction. You'll develop and refine your barbell skills with technique work and strength development. We focus on the two Olympic lifts, the clean and jerk and snatch.
This program is designed to provide young athletes the foundation they need to excel in any sport. Our coaches develop workouts to improve sport specific performance and expand your child's overall health and wellness. Group classes weekly, 1-on-1 or private team sessions are available on appointment.

This is our 30-minute program. It's a high intensity, fun and simple class that is designed to be short and sweet to get you on with your day. Each class consists of a warm-up and skill work then a 4-16 minute workout.
